Had an awful experience with dr Donagh Kennedy for a root canal. He wanted payment up front for the treatment which was fine but on the day of the procedure he was rude, unprofessional, left me waiting outside for half an hour and then shouted at me when i asked to go to the toilet pre the treatment.
The best was yet to come, after 5 mins of commencing the procedure he said it was too difficult and asked me to leave in an aggressive and offered no refund as he said it was not his fault. I did not feel safe in his presence.
Truly awful experience from a very unprofessional person who really should not be in practise.
