overall there seems to be so much turnover of staff that every issue raised by customers has to be refreshed every time you visit or contact the offices.it is frustrating and stressful giving way to a failure to contact them on anything short of a crises. so having repeatedly reiterated your issue you can be ushered to the inner somtum feeling you have achieved some progress only to be left feeling underrated and undervalued on the whole experience. regeneration can write up how great they are but i for one and i have spoken to many others will be left without recourse due to a lack of issues being reported. common theme seems to be regeneration is a path forward to promotion having dealt with the areas under their banner. if this isnt second class citizenship what is? i chose bloody awful because there are no other words to describe it christy o donnell 25 hartigan villas moyross
