Had problem with my gas open coal fire going out. Replaced pilot unit at near enough €400 but left with gas escaping. Company immediately distanced itself from issue. Finally advised I need new fire. Left with no fire, down by a lot of money. I was not advised to contact Gas Board about leak. 🤭😥😡
