Purchased a extendable power washer lance off this company.They couldn't send by courier and he told me it was last one in stock so i paid for it over phone & we agreed to meet 2 days later.I drove for an hour and waited for half an hour for a fella named daniel to arrive and he takes a broken lance out of his van."That's the crack I was telling you about he says".Hold on ,you never said anything about it been broken because if you did I wouldn't have bought it and sure as hell i wouldnt have driven here was my reply."Sure why did ya think it was so cheap" he responds. I demanded a refund and let him know that I wasn't impressed by having drove a journey to be told lies and expected to take a product that was badly damaged in 2 different places,one area having been taped up to try and conseal damage .Later that day I bought exact same make of lance in another shop for 45 euros less so I suppose my wasted journey and costs were slightly decreased.
