I have been unable to contact anyone about a problem I have had with installation and use of PreSonus USB 96.
I see the various countries are listed and that Europe contact is in Northern Ireland. There is a link to an email which does not work and no telephone number is given on the website. I found a number on twitter and have tried a number of time to make contact, but there is no reply. Very frustrating as I have spent a lot of money on this equipment and cannot get any sort of support, despite repeatedly trying.
