My Mercedes was serviced by MSL Cork on June 29th 2021 and on July 13th I was taking my husband from Killarney to hospital in Limerick City when I heard a loud banging noise in the car. We parked the car in Newcastle West and got a taxi to take us to Limerick. The following day my husband phoned MSL and informed the lady in reception of what had happened and she said that the sales service person would get in touch with us but today is July 29th and nobody has contacted us. We are extremely disappointed with MSL
