Got my nails done here a few weeks ago , Hannah was lovely to deal with but i disappointed with my nails when leaving. She had to do 3 coats of gel which still wasn’t great and to thick, and there was gel on my nails smudged also.

Made a request for a therapist and she wasn’t there to do it, would have preferred to have been told before hand, as I was unhappy with the older therapist I got.

Bit unhappy leaving there today after getting my eyebrows done wax fell on my hair and she cut it off which left a patch of my hair missing on the side. Brows were also very dark.
