Jeff was excellent. Returned my call and showed up to house 20 mins later with a replacement part. Turned out fault was something different. He fixed it, ran diagnostics and my machine working perfectly. I'm delighted!

Does not answer office phone. Does not answer his mobile. No call to say he is not coming to repair machine, and I took day off work to wait for him. Absolute disgrace. Samsung need to get their act together!

I made an online Samsung washing machine service request at 6am Friday 31 March 23.
Samsung washing machine had replacement door seal installed and machine back up and running by 11:30 am same day.
