Worked with them for a while, bad company to work for , head office and long term staff trying to blame you for their mistakes and wages constantly underpaid, had to sue them for wages owed, avoid avoid avoid use any other water company

Not the same since the main man Joe left a few years back.not sure what happend there but he set up one eight filters who I deal with now. The lads who come and go every few months at j+f now don't have the experience or knowledge,

Average enough customer service , didn't feel like they wanted your business , not clear info provided to someone who didn't understand the fancy words but got what I wanted. Wouldn't go back tho got my replacement filters and media from one eight after , cheaper and more info provided

Products receiced were not as described and very slow to resolve issue effectively. Tried to sell other products or just replace where as I just wanted a refund as other local water shop provided better products cheaper and installed for us.

Terrible experience with the company from an employee prospective. Constantly being forced to lie to customers on shipping dates and stock availability amongst other lies only to have the backlash from customers. Management then would punish you for lying to customers. Salary was also regularly underpaid despite meeting and exceeding sales targets. Commission promised was none existent. Would not recommend as employers or supplies to be honest.
