I LIVE IN LONGORD CORRECT ME IF I AM WRONG BUT I HAVE BEEN TOLD THAT ALL OUR POST IS SORTED IN ATHLONE THEN FORWARDED TO LONGFORD DELIVERY. WE RECEIVED A LETTER FROM AN POST ABOUT SERIOUS PROBLEEM WITH OUR POST AND IT WAS BEING INVESTIGATED IT LSO INFORMED US THERE WOULD BE A DELAY WITH OUR POST. SINCE BEFORE XMAS LAT YEAR POST HAS BEEN GOING MISSING E.G CAR TAX DISCS/XMAS CARDS/ BIRTHDAY CARDS/ VOUCHERS/ CAR INSURANCE DOCUMENTS/UK POST/ BANK AND CREDIT CARD STATEMENTS ETC ETC , I HAD URGENT CAR INSURANCE DOCUMENTS WHICH I HAVE SENT TWICE TH LATEST JUST OVER A WEEK AGO AND STILL HAVE NOT BEEN RECEIVED. THE COMPANY IS THREATING TO CANCEL MY INSURANCE WHEN WHEN WILL THIS PROBLEM BE SOLVED I AM GOING TO FORWARD THIS E MAIL TO THE GPO COMPLAINTS TEAM AND SEE WHAT THEY CAN DO ABOUT THIS TERRIBLE PROBLEM

WE POSTED ABOUT 100 CHEQUES FOR OUR CLIENTS LAST THURSDAY WE SINCE HAVE 4 CUSTOMERS WHO DID NOT RECEIVE THEIR CHEQUES EVEN THOUGH THEY WERE ALL POSTED TOGETHER IN ELPHIN IS THERE ANY WAY YOU COULD HELP US LOCATE THEM I HAVE NAMES AND ADDRESS OF THEM THANKYOU MARY CONNELLAN

it is impossible to connect to a real person, have been redirected to automatic menues that do not recognise voice entries despite this being the only way to input tracking codes. Am now on the third attempt on the phone and have been redirected to Dublin every time. I have now been on hold for over 20 min listening to all the things that are supposedly possible, if only one could reach a real person…..
