Hi TWIC I inadvertently paid Vodafone Irl €420.23 in February 3, 2022. This was an error on my part and I'm in contact by phone and email seeking a refund since then. I have spoken to ten Vodafone people since and have been assured that I would receive a refund from your Legacy Department sixty day ago. My Customer ID is 6012031705 old account No. 1900328648 I'm using this facility as a last resort to try and get some resolution to my case Sincerely Denis Fahey

I am a vodafone customer for over twenty years. Three months ago i signed up for a fibre broadband package. Subsequently I have been through a nightmare with the vodafone service. First my landline number was changed without any consultation , then my vodafone tv service ceased and the broadband service also ceased. Numerous calls to 1907 (about 40) were followed by promises of resolution without any resolution taking place. I am in contact with comreg and have emailed Paul Blake senior escalations exec vodafone but no action taking place to resolve the matter. In brief I have no vodafone landline,tv or broadband service for three months now.

On examination of my bank statement I discovered Vodafone had taken July 60 euro and 20 euro for a gongel that the contract had expired since January 2021 my phone since June 2021 the total price 214 euro in total. On ringing your office I was contacted by a manager who informed me I am not going to be repaid the 214 they took from my bank account. I now hope you can reimburse me and bring this to a conclusion. If not I intend to bring this to the attention of the media and government as you should have informed me my contract was out giving me the option to choose if I wanted to continue using your service .

Unable to get to talk to anyone at vodafone. Been a customer for 15 years and no internet for 3 days now, can even speak to anyone because their support is not fit for purpose.

I signed up on 11 Aug 20 for Vodafone Essentials Fibre + Vodafone TV as of today 14 Sept 20 I only have a landline - no broadband - no TV I have requested my UAN on numerous occasions in the last 2 weeks and all i get is a promise of a call-back Still no UAN or call-back without doubt the worst customer care i have encountered in a very long time

Hello my name is Martin mcardle I'm a customer of your.s I'm not very happy with the service I have being getting since 2016 I have being constantly complaining about the service we have being getting from as far back from the first time we signed up for your tv and internet package I'm sorry but this is not good enough I'm willing to give you ten working days to sort this problem out for me if it not sorted out with in the ten working days I will insist on a full refund from 2016 two 2019 our account number is 1901538197 this is a clear breech of contract yoursincerly mr Martin mcardle
